Verizon Wireless, FL - disappointed with the poor service as calls are continuously dropped resulting in lost revenue when used during business
As a customer of Verizon Wireless of Florida, I am disappointed with the poor service as calls are continuously dropped resulting in lost revenue when used during business . Verizon does not strive for customer satisfaction as I called to inquire about a charge only to find that when my husband paid to have a new phone replacing a broken one, the Verizon representative added an additional year to the contract without his knowledge or approval.
Verizon is resistant to resolve this problem and refuses to assist with contract changes without paying exorbinant fees. As a customer paying $2,000 plus a year I expect service that I do not receive and I caution prospective consumers in dealing with Verizon.
Sincerely,
Kristina G
