A brand new range broke in less than 6 months and a brand new refrigerator broke in less than 12 months.
1. The range was out of commission for 2 months
2. Between the gas company and their service men I missed 10 - 14 days work
3. The frige was unusable for 2 weeks
4. Between the delivery and service men I missed a week of work
5. The replacement frige they sent was wrong and was configured in such a way as to be impossible to open in my kitchen when installed
6. The next frige they sent didn't work
7. Customer service refused to schedule a service man until the temp had "settled for 24 hours" (it was 74 degrees in the room, 78 degrees in the frige and the frige was blowing out hot air)
8. When my husband called shortly after I did the customer service was very helpful in scheduling a repair visit the next morning (at a time earlier than I was told they would even talk with me) Sincerely,
