Unfortunately, there was a discrepancy left because I forgot to ask if the package they agreed to sell me included special financing. When this was discovered during my visit to their shop, the sales person went to talk to his manager.

This manager was very rude when he discovered he could not agree on the price (with special financing). He threw fits of rage, and treated us very rudely. He humiliated us (me and my wife), and shouted at us saying the agreement said nothing about special financing. I agreed at the very beginning that it was probably a mistake on my part that I did not ask explicitly about the financing. But he ignored what I said and kept blaming us while being very rude and angry.

Denise (sales person) left me a voicemail two days later repeating that it was my mistake and not apologizing for the treatment they gave us. I would advise everyone to keep away from them. Rajiv
