I booked a flight for my daughter who is 14 on a flight form los angelos to mobile alabama on jun 29,2004. when she got to the airport they said she could not fly because she was under age however if you look on cheaptickets web page they show an adult is of the ages 12-and up. while booking the flight there web page never once asked for the age of the passenger or warned of such an event.

This would have been the first time we had seen each other for 10 years and needless to say my daughter was very upset. I will never use cheaptickets again because of there lack of professionalism. I dont even expect for them to contact me. How can such a business get away with this?
