I have a message that was sent to my E- mail address, will not delete !! when I try to delete it it locks up my computer, also it locks my computer up if I try to delete the message above and below it ,it locks up my computer, and I have to reboot!! Please Help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My dial up support says it is not a fault of the Dial up, but Incredi-Mails Problem? now what are you going to do about it???
