This complain concerns Mercury Grand Marques and Coil Pack failure.

This appears to be a common problem in ALL Mercury's of this particular model in ALL years.that have been assembled in Canada. My auto has had 4 coil pack failures. These are very expensive to replace plus could cause serious difficulties on the highway if failure occurs at a critical point.

There is no recall notice or defect notice filed. Please post this so that other buyers can beware the Mercury and at lest determine if they are assembled in Canada.
