My son ordered boots from them on FEb. 17, 2004, as follows: Timberland Boots, Color Oatmeal, Size 10.

He recieved some strange colored boots, with a speckled pattern, Size 12. I wanted to return them, but their website states that, "It is necessary to contact Nicekicks.com and obtain an authorization number before returning any product to NiceKicks.com.

I wrote at the time, and have written since, but never received any reply. Attempts to contact their site today failed. At present I am out $80 and have a pair of boots you wouldn't want to wear to a fight. Any help you can give would be welcome.
