Calling Card Issues

Dear Sir,

I purchased this Dil Chahta Hai calling card from Bollywoodcard.com web site. I purchased this card and the card worked fine in connecting to my first number to India and then, when I tried calling again to another number in India, I was able to talk for only couple of minute and phone disconnected, when I tried to call again, I found out my account was debited for 5 min. It happened 5 times and every time I lose 5 minutes and whole $10 card eventually. I decided to call the customer number which is 1-888-876-9780, the operator said that they are having some technical difficulties and they are working on it and I should try using my card tomorrow. When I asked for refund she said we can't give you refund. I asked for supervisor and she repeated the

same thing. These guys are big cheater and they have not listed their address or anything so I can complaint at BBB. Thanks
