We bought a Cannon i900D printer and have tried to connect it to our Dell Dimension 4100 PC, but with no luck. I have 3 phone calls to Cannon, spending about 3 hours on the phone, and they point the finger at Dell. When I call Dell they don't want to do anything because the printer is not a Dell.
I have heard from one other person about having the same problem with this printer, that is, when loading the software it keeps saying it has found and older file and it is going to update and reboot. But when it reboots the same message comes up and it goes into a loop.
Any help out there on this issue.
