MOTEL 6 PLEASANTON CALIF ON HOPYARD RD.

motel 6 in the city of pleasanton ca. on june 26 2004 I Renita miller had a reservation,. I drove from L.A. to pleasanton when I arrived I had to wait for well over two hours for housekeeping to clean a room. when I called to make the reservation I asked them could I check in at anytime.

they said yes. I couldn't check in until 12 noon. so I had to wait for hours before I could go in my room.

Driving from L.A. is very tiring. So me and my son had to sit in my car until 12:00 after arriving there at 8:00am. I was very upset to have to go through this ordeal. I don't know if I'll ever stay ay motel 6 again. something need to be done about this.
