I purchased a Dell computer in March 2004. The speakers never worked from day one. I can't count the number of times I have contacted Dell, all to no avail. I have also written Dell Financial, but obviously my letter was trashed because all I received was the next month's bill. I have exhausted all my efforts in trying to return the hard drive at no cost to me.
I am no paying a cent until I receive some indication from Dell that they are aware of my problem. Also, when calling on the phone, I was disconnected numerouis times, put on hold and would still be holding if I had not hung up, and never got an English speaking person.
I am disgusted with Dell and I am sure I will hear something soon if I continue no to make payments. I am really frustrated with Dell at this point. They brag about their support, but I say it is non support!
