On June 26 around 1Am I play a slot machine in which I have ticket worth $100 in whichit doesn’t go to the machine so I think that the machine got a problem again on which sometimes it happen that you cannot use your ticket in the machine only dollar bill so I keep my $100 ticket in my wallet decided to play it later took my remaining twenties, around 5 or 6 in the morning lost my dollar bill so I try to play the Ticket that I have but again it doesn’t go through in the machine.

So what I did I went to the redeem ticket machine to change it for a cash but the it was not accepted so I went to window to ask some people to change my Ticket and a lady who look like a mexican told me that my ticket got a problem and she said just a moment then she pass my ticket to another lady who is a little bit fat then telling me that my ticket have a problem and She said just wait for a minute I will call my supervisor which took me almost two hours of waiting .

Then I keep asking the fat lady with blond hair about my ticket why it take so long and she yell me back you have to wait! This time I was mad they treated me like I did something wrong. Then after almost 2 hours or more of waiting The supervisor told that you can have your money today because the ticket has been void by the midnight supervisor. So I told them that’s not my problem Just give me my money because I like to go home now I feel so sleepy.

Then supervisor said that I cannot give you the money give me your drivers license and phone number and will give you a call. That morning I feel I was humiliated by this people at the cache creek.Until now I don’t receive any call from them. Hope that some people there who play casino at cache creek will learn a lesson about my experience don’t keep your ticket stay in your wallet for a long time it will be voided when they swicth supervisor
