I George Akawi from Preston, Victoria 3072 Australia, have experienced the same problem as Mac Currie in his letter dated December 31st 2002

The software is not operable in any way, I emailed the companySoftwareOnline .com.But no reply was never given to me .

Can you assist me getting the company to refund me the money sent to them.
