Poor service at Joha bear Pontiac

I bought a Pontiac 2000 sun fire car from John Bear Pontiac Hamilton in Sept 2003, At the they were

promoting 300L free gas. Salesman gave me Vouchers worth of 259L, he said balance will give later.

I used only 10,000KM after purchsing. In May 2004 I received a Vehicle recall notice from GM company for this particular model. They wanted me to take the car to the dealer and fix a relay. I took the car to the dealer John bear Pontiac Hamilton to fix the relay. After replacement they showed a me a is oil leak which was never before existed, after replying the relay free of charge the disconnected the AC Fan control switch. I reported this to Used car Salas manager, They wanted some information after that they didn't reply me. I am fed up of poor service of Johnber Pontiac at Hamilton. Pls advice
