Poor QVC Customer Representative Services

After receiving my product from QVC television shopping network, I spoke to a QVC customer service representative regarding an incorrect order. Instead of assisting or making a suggestion what I can do, she strictly told me that the product I received was what QVC has available and rudely rushed to end my phone call by telling me if I needed help with anything else.

I just think QVC should evaluate their customer service representatives to build a long term customer relationship.
