These are the most rude people on earth. I have been dealing with them for two months now and have also reported them to the Federal Trade Commission.

I was paying on a credit card and did not pay late charges cause they received it the day it was due and I was fighting about that. I was getting a bill every month and paying it. All of a sudden I get this collection notice and these people call EVERY MORNING at 7 am!!!

I have told them repeatly that I cannot pay the 1000.00 RIGHT NOW, I have no job and a baby on the way. They keep telling me they are going to sue me, I said fine please do. And nothing they just keep calling. I have quit answering the phone and have called a lawyer just in case, but geese. I use to work in collections at a Finance Company and would have never got this rude with anyone. They have even called me Sybil and screamed at me so loud my husband could hear them in the other room.

Its nice to know I am not the only one who they are flat out rude to. And they won't return your phone calls they keep saying that they are not hearing from you. I have talked to 12 people and they still tell me no one has spoke with me. They are quite unorganized if they cant keep up with messages and phone calls.

I have got 6 messages on my machine just from the past 3 days. This is bad. Good luck to anyone who has to deal with them. I wish they would leave me alone.
