I ordered flowers from TheFlorist.com when I realized they were not delivered I called the company to complain. Since no one was willing to listen to my complaint I kept asking to be transferred to their supervisor.

 

I finally reached the president of the company who hung up on me. It was unfortunate since a dear friend died and we were not able to express our sorrow with flowers due to TheForist.com's incompetence. They were quite able to charge our credit card.
