I purchased a frost free fridge freezer from comet on-line From the day of delivery it took 3 months and about 30 telephone calls to their useless call centre staff to replace the damaged item ( I ended up having to have 3 fridge freezers delivered) On the delivery of my second damaged item (some 10 weeks later) I made it clear (when I got through eventually to the appropriate department) that a refund was what I wished for I was spoken down too insulted refused information mislead cut off I really could go on and on about the service from this company to be honest there is no service I think to point out that once they have your money they couldnt give a toss But what really got to me was when I got my phone bill through and I added up the cost of the calls to comet over 㾸 was made on calls to get their problem sorted.
