I purchased a frost free fridge freezer from comet ‘on-line’ From the day of delivery it took 3 months and about 30 telephone calls to their useless call centre staff to replace the damaged item ( I ended up having to have 3 fridge freezers delivered) On the delivery of my second ‘damaged’ item (some 10 weeks later)– I made it clear (when I got through eventually to the appropriate department) that a refund was what I wished for – I was spoken down too – insulted – refused information – mislead – cut off I really could go on and on about the service from this company – to be honest there is no service – I think to point out that once they have your money – they couldn’t give a ‘toss’ But what really got to me – was when I got my phone bill through and I added up the cost of the calls to ‘comet’ – over &#16312 was made on calls to get ‘their’ problem sorted. (would also like to ad – that as I am disabled – and need fresh food / drinking water to take with my medication – I pointed this out to them – still didn’t seem to bother them one bit) the comet group are a bunch of jokers – and I suppose paying your staff call centre wages – you get 3rd rate service I will not / or my family / or even neighbours – set foot / buy another product from them Many thanx for taken time out to read this X comet shopper
