Dell Financial - suffered over $136.00 dollars in overdraft fees, due to this unauthorized withdrawal, and no one seem to care and do anything

1. On May 3, 2004 Dell Financial Payment, with drew $1000.00 out of my personal checking account.

2. After being transferred by 11 people including loss prevention, I finally got to a supervisor that had not authority.

3. He said he forward the information to cooperate, but as of yet I have no resolution.

3. I suffered over $136.00 dollars in overdraft fees, due to this unauthorized withdrawal, and no one seem to care and do anything

4. I found out that the payment went to another persons account with Dell.

5. As of yet, I have not heard from anyone other than the supervisor (Nick) who has no power.

6. Dell is the worst, and I guess my only other option is legally.
