My husband and I purchased a home on May 2003. The home builder was Homes Plus, Inc. (Jim Reynold's). Til this date we still need some repairs done to our home. He is unprofessional and unreliable. Our wooden floor has been replaced three times in the past year they still have yet to find out what the problem is.

The wooden floor by our door is ruined, it keeps getting wet. They finally sent the company that installed the door to review the problem to see if they could repair it but the door installer say it is not their defect it is the home builders because it is a concrete problem that has a crack and water is getting to the wood floor and ruining it.

Of course, the builder is aware of this and denies it is his fault. All in the mean while we have terrible looking floor. Click this link to e-mail the above consumer: //
