Upon returning from an extended trip in Europe and having the pin number secured in my desk in Florida I attempted a call and found that there was one cent remaining on the card.

On May 12th I purchased a $50 phone card from nobelcom. This was the third time I purchased, the prior two were $20 cards. Upon returning from an extended trip in Europe and having the pin number secured in my desk in Florida I attempted a call and found that there was one cent remaining on the card. I called nobelcom and they were not helpful at all!

They (their phone center in India) said it was impossible for anyone to get the number without my help (obviously that's silly). They refused any refund and refused to give me the number that made the calls (in Missouri) or the number called in Antigua! Even though they were supposedly my calls.

They also stated that the Manager was taking no calls so I could not speak to him! Fortunately, after calling my credit card company they said that they would bill-back nobelcom and give me a credit instantly. I certainly would not recommend doing any business with these people.
