I purchased a free trial netzero cd from best buy for 2 cents and without my knowledge my credit card was given to netzero as my customer id, I downloaded the cd and within one week hated it, no cust serv help avail, tons of disconnects, and pop-ups, so I sent an email to cancel my free trial and did so several times before getting a response 3 weeks later, acknowleding my cancellation. So one would think that was the end of them, WRONG!!!!!!

several months later they continued to bill my credit card and I didn't notice because I have so many electronic withdrawls and unless it's a signifigant amount I probably would'nt of noticed it, not to mention I didn't check my account daily at my credit union.

So I contacted them and they REFUSED TO CREDIT MY ACCOUNT BACK, I could'nt even understand them I had to call back three times, I found out their cust serv dept is based out of india that's why. So I turned it over to my bank, and they are heading up an investagation. This company I heard is also changing names to United, so bottom line beware of ISP provider NETZERO/JUNO/UNITED!!!!!!
