I have received a second monthly bill from your company. Two days after I accepted your service, my second line went down.
I called to have it repaired. Several days later, the line was still down and I again called only to find out that there was no call to have it repaired.
Irritated with this failure, I cancelled and returned to ITT. I was with your company less than a week and my second line operated for only two of those days. Please contact me about the situation. Thank you,
