Akai TV - Nishit Enterprises, Mira Road - On submission of the cheque on 1st June 2004, the cheque was returned with the note that the account has been closed Akai TV

I bought an Akai TV in May,1988 from Nishit Enterprises, Mira Road, Thane District, Maharashtra, India under their sales promotion scheme of paying back the value of the TV after 6 years.

Subsequently I received a post dated cheque for Rs.20000/ to be encashed after 28th May 2004 , signed by Baron International Limited on Federal Bank Limited.

On submission of the cheque on 1st June 2004, the cheque was returned with the note that the account has been closed.

Please let me know how I can get the money at the earliest.
