Hi! I went to the NATIONWIDE WAREHOUSE in Alexandria,Virginia about 3 weeks ago. We wanted to buy a leather sofa/coach.But they didn't have it in but they told us it would be in the 25 May. So the day before I got rid of my old sofa,..of course to make room for the new one...

Today is the 1 of June and I'm sitting on the damn floor still and eating dinner... (I don't own a kitchen table). They don't call me and every time I call them they are tellling me that the manager is busy.. The rude guy who always anwer the phone is telling me that they don't know WHERE the sofa is OR WHEN it's coming in. He tells me that "I can come in and pick up something else".. (I ALREADY PAIDED FOR IT). Well,look..I think there was a reason for me to choose the one that I'm waiting for right???? otherwise I would had picked something else,, NO..... I want THAT coach!!!!

I had friends over and we had to sit on the floor.... hated it!!!! I think it will not come they probably messes the order up or something stupid and they are not telling me.. WHAT SHOULD I DO?? I have called costumer service for days now but nobody never answer and left messeges also????? I'm soooo mad right now that I want to cry, I really liked the sofa and they got mt money so now what????? I can't wait any more... hate sitting on the floor...
