Art van furniture flint Michigan location I purchased a girls bedroom set on March 12, 2004. I was told that the items were in stock, but at the delivery, the large dresser was not there. They said it was in stock, but by the time we had delivery, it was given to someone else that had an earlier delivery. I was upset because I feel like at the moment that I bought it, it should have been tagged as mine. I was told it was on back order, and would arrive April 24th. The week of the 24th passed, with no word from Art Van.

I finally called, and they told me that it would not be in until May 29th. I am still waiting, it is not in, and they have had my money since March 12th. Rediculous! The manager of the store was not helpful, he seemed annoyed that I was calling to complain, even though I was nice on the phone. I feel this is a terrible example of customer service, and although we have bought over 6,000.00 this past year, I would never recommend Art Van, and I will not go back.
