Subject: baskin robbins The baskin robbins in Bristol, TN on the Volunteer Parkway is a DUMP. The ice cream always has ice crystals on it. The servers are a joke. They don't have any idea what they are doing. They never have bananas, whipped cream, or the ice cream flavors advertised. I bought my Mom a Birthday cake there and they misspelled Birthday "Birtday". NO kidding.

The place is dirty and unprofessional. The freezer cases are so dirty it is hard to see inside. They advertise 36 flavors, try 19. I have been to many Baskin-Robbins stores and never, never, run into anything this disgraceful. The health department would have a field day.
