I've had several people email me about YOUR FLORIST located at 3212 Knox Street, Dallas, TX 75205. (214) 361-7707. In my original complaint, I was dealing with several fraudulent charges made to my VISA card after a legitimate transaction with YOUR FLORIST.

I spoke to the manager, (Lazer), several times and he promised me the owner, (her name is Randi), would either look into my probelm or call me back .... the explanation being their accounting system was not computerized so they could not just credit my VISA card that day.

Well, not one person from YOUR FLORIST ever called me back! My brothers and my mom even

went to the shop, (I was working in NYC at the time), and they would not not even look into the bogus charges. Finally, I was forced to dispute the charges through VISA and my card was eventually credited.

I am following up on my original Email User because several people have the same problem with YOUR FLORIST, (something to do with employee "mistakes"), and keep emailing me for advice and the end results of my situation. You should see what the Better Business Bureau has to say about YOUR FLORIST and then decide the best way to deal with them.

I have never dealt with

such blatant crooks in all of my travels and can't belive the owner and her manager can wake up in the morning and look at themselves in the mirror. Good Luck,
