I purchased a 61” RCA HDTV 2 years ago. After about 1 &#189 years of use, the TV stopped working… it would not turn on. It seem like it did not have power. It cost me $500 to repair the TV because the power supply was out. I was very disappointed in the quality of the RCA big screen TV.

It cost me a lot of money for that set and it did not even last 2 years. I send a letter to RCA explaining to them that I was disappointed about the make of their HDTV. I been buying RCA products for many years and never had a problem with it. Anyhow, I send the letter explaining my situation about my new HDTV, three weeks later, I received my letter back with a stamp on it “Received” stamped on the envelope.

What a customer service RCA has. It was a joke. They did not even write a response to my letter. The only thing I know now is that I will never buy an RCA product and I will tell my friends and family never to buy RCA products. Thanks Dami Click this link to e-mail the above consumer: //
