Frigidaire consumer inadequacies
My complaint is with the "don't give a damn attitude" of Frigidaire Service Contracts.
I called to take advantage of a service contract, and was given a quote, for that contract. Later I was told "they" didn't enter the info into their computer, although I had spent at least 30 mins talking to the CSR.
Now they want to increase the cost of that contract, "because it's not in the computer" and "she", quoted the wrong price anyway.
Well, good grief, what a surprise, that's why it's not in the computer obviously !
