Virgin Mobile leads you to believe (in fact they TELL you on the phone) that if you register a credit card for automatic top-up that you will not have to top-up a minimum of $20 every 90 days. That is until 90 days after you have bought the phone and register the card and don't need to top-up.

Then they cut off the phone until you manually top-up a minimum of $20. This is bait and switch, pure and simple.

I am stuck with a junk $100 phone .................
