My complaint is against the Sears company in Blythe CA.

We bought a Hitachi hi definition 40 inch television with a 2 yr. master warranty. In March 2004, we started to have a power problem where the television would blink on and off with no picture. We called Sound Bank Electronics to have the television serviced under their service agreement and the first three times nothing could be found.

This last time that the televisio was serviced was June and it was brought back today after a week of observation and while it was bieng powered, it started to blink out again where as before it would not be visible as a problem due to the tech not seeing this as happening. This day it did and their recommendation was to put n for a new television. I talked with an operator for the warranty agreement and they sead even though the problem was before the warranty expired,

They could no longer honor the replacement due to a certain part not bieng serviced three different occasions and that the agreement was no longer valid becouse of non renewel of sead policy. I talked with someone before the policy expired and they sead that becouse the problem was a recurring before the expiration, the no lemon policy was still in effect becouse sead problem was still under warranty.

Now no one wants to honor this agreeent. I feel sears has wronged me not only out of a T.V. but out of funds as well. I will NEVER buy ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM SEARS AGAIN!!!!! Click this link to e-mail the above consumer: //
