Dell Computer Corporation, 1 Dell Way, Round Rock, TX 78682: False Advertisement: They do not send you items described in package deals. We were told to purchase these items separately. Estimating an extra charge of over $300.

I think their sales practice needs some serious investigating by the Better Business Bureau & Attorney General's office. We also paid for an expensive printer and was sent the least expensive one.
