I do not want to put ebay out of business I just want them to change the way they do business and with all the money they make there is no reason not to offer excellent customer service among other business practices! If you really want to do something about ebay get off you lazy backside and file a complaint with the BBB. Unfortunately this day and age people want to complain but do nothing about it and I think if you are not will to do something about it you should keep your mouth shout.

I cannot believe all the people that complain about ebay and the BBB only had about 1,400 complaints filed last year and millions of people use ebay. That goes to show me how lazy people are. It is easy to file a complaint with the BBB and you can do it right from your computer. If people will start to flood ebay with complaints from BBB and there are many other place to file complaints ebay will have to change the way they do business or they will be spending much time in answering the complaints and how will this affect there profit?
