dairy queen 103rd st.jacksonville,fl -used to have good customer service,but now does not ! the manager is either not there,in the back smoking,or on the phone hacking up her lungs.

I seen little german roaches running all over the place.when i asked for a salad,I was told they no longer sold the salads but the picture was still up on the menu board.Two employees told me when Iasked them about the picture said that the manager tells them to say that the produce truck hasn't came in yet but the pictures are still there and they still do not sell salads as advertised!!!!

On another occasion I purchased an ice cream product that was completely sour and almost milk like.Blizzards are supposed to be thick and NOT sour.I could've gotten sick.I asked for the main office number but the manager acted like she didn't want to give it to me.When I got the number on my own I spoke with the owner and he wasn't much help.

He was rude and he acted like money was more important than anything.he said"everywhere that you go is going to have roaches and why should I pay an exterminator money if they're just going to come back anyway?!''He told me he would replace my blizzard but that it was hurting his pocket.I was the one who put that money in his pocket!!!!this place needs to be shut down.I will never eat there again!!!!!!!!!!!!
