Placed an order on March 19, 2004 and sent a check in the amount of $13.95 for a Birthstone Angel Doll.

I have called this company 5 times since then,and e-mailed them yesterday.

I have been informed that it will take 40 days to get a 3rd. class mail item sent to me. Of the phone calls I made, I was told 3 different times, that the doll had shipped and I should be getting it in 3 weeks, now its 40 days.

I spoke to Tammy, Kathy and Alex. The last call said it had shipped on June lst. The e-mail I received yesterday was sent at 9:15 p.m? and wanted to know what I wanted to know abouth this birthstone angels.....and let them know if I have any questions or concerns and" we will be more happy to assist you"

Now. What would you think if you received an e-mail like this after you had just e-mailed them and called 5 times with your complaint???????

I had placed an order previously and had received it with no problem. I received a letter from the company in reference to the item I received and it was signed by David Brownlee, Director. When I called and asked for him, of course he was not there.

Sure would appreciate some feed-back on this problem. The artist's name is Linda Mason and I'm sure she would not appreciate the problem that is happening with the company representing her.
