MUMBAI Dear Sir, I am your client by purchasing one AQUAGURD NOVA WATER PURIFICATION SYSTEM on Dated 22/05/2003. MY Personalised Customer code is '1543000642'. At the time of purchase I was having one aquaguard machine of another company and its repaie centre was not available in my city which was giving me trouble in its service and repair. During this period many time youe sales man and salaes officer visited me three four times. The sales officer explained me that our service is best and available on phone.

 

You just dial our service centre and man will be available to attend youe complaints. Finally I desided to purchse above refrence machine (with buy back Rs. 1000/-refunded towards old working machine) with 'one schme was also available for life time free service'. The sales officer convienced me that free service is available and only one cake will be required to be replace quaterly or six monthly as per usage and one carbon will be required to be replace approximately yearly which will cost Rs 300/- and about 350/-respectively.

 

The thing was ok but one good day again your sales team woke-up and came to my house to explain the AMC Schme. I told, you have sold me with 'life time service', than why I should opt forAMC for two years. The sales officer explained that it is free service but the card and electronic circuit may go out any time ,other spares are also not sure to work and in AMC we will cover your service with parts. He further explained that free service meance you have come to my service centre with your machine and after repair you

have to collect again.

 

I was shocked that this much big and international fame company provides in compleate information to their clients, to sell their proudct. On TV it is shown that our service man to your door. I again spoke to your local office on phone but they only tried to explain your schme and to come to me with machine. This was vary much disappointing to me and I will only avail your service till it works ok.

 

This will be a bitter experience in my life to remember that at the time of selling your person gives gurentee of best working for all the parts and machine and on the eve of warantee expiry, he explains nicely thay all parts are too costly may go faulty for number of times.I appriciate that your entire team talks fine and using 'SIR' frequently.
