Tele-Media Cable - I ask for a boycott from Tele-Media Cable if they do not lower there increadibly high costs

I have a complaint about a local telephone company!

I am writing complaints.com about a company, which monopolizes cable in my area. The section of Connecticut, which is located in parts of Fairfield and New Haven counties. For the average cost-basic package you pay more than $50.00, thats more than double that of satellite from Direct-TV!

And if want the onther channels those are going to cost you as well, for an HBO package thats an additional $20-30 to your bill. We do not have other cable companies in the area because this cable company, which is owned by the bankrupted Adelphia company, has monopolized all the cable wires and signals in my area. Then, last month they raised the rates again, and they said it was to maintain being competitive, they have no competition and if they really wanted to be competitive they would lower their rates! I have no choice, if I want to pay less I choose satellite but then loose my local channels for New Haven County and get NY stations instead!
