Auto Loan with Bank One

Bank One, Chicago, IL I financed a car with Bank One in January of 2003. All past payments had been made on time up until the current payment due on June 25, 2004. I called Bank One on July 6, 2004 to try and explain that I would have the payment to them by July 12.

The person I spoke with (Chris – of course, like any rude ass would not give me his last name) just started berating me and demanding to know why I hadn’t made my June 25 payment. I was treated as though I was a deadbeat and was past due several payments with them.
