Halo Action Figures Business: Toyglobe.com Location: ToyGlobe.com P.O. Box 1415, Champlain New York, USA 12919 Complaint: 4/10/04 – Placed an order for two Halo action figures from the Toyglobe.com website. Total for order, plus shipping and insurance, was $125.98. I used a Mastercard for this order. The website indicated all items were “in stock” .  No phone number contact information on the Toyglobe.com website. 4/11/04 – My Mastercard was charged for the full amount by Toyglobe.com. 4/20/04 – I emailed Toyglobe requesting order status. No response from Toyglobe. 4/21/04 – I emailed Toyglobe a second time requesting order status. No response from Toyglobe. 4/22/04 – I emailed Toyglobe a third time requesting order status. 5/1/04 – Called my bank to dispute this charge.  On my next bank statement, I was issued a reversal for their original charge (5/12/04). I will never order from this website again...and I would not recommend this store. John B
