How can I withdraw or amend my complaint? I am Brian C of Scottsdale Arizona. I posted a complaint about Right Honda of Scottsdale. Since that time they have helped me get the repairs done to my new Honda Element at a reasonable cost. I am now a fairly satisfied customer.

Please advise,

Thanks!

Right Honda Scottsdale Arizona

I bought a new, 2004 Honda Element EX from Right Honda in Scottsdale, AZ. Upon delivery we noticed the interior plastic panel near the right rear wheel well was pulled loose, and also a jingling/clunking noise from underneath that same area when driving over a speed bump or dip in the road.

The salesman said it was nothing to worry about, easy to fix the loose panel, and the noise was probably just the spare tire parts not secured down properly.

The odometer read 195 miles, but the dealer inventory showed only 65 miles, indicating the car had been driven by someone for approx. 130 miles after it was delivered to the dealership. About a week later my right rear brake system completely failed, and the brakes are completely "fried" with parts falling off.

I now have a $1320 repair bill from the Honda dealer where the car was towed to, 100 miles away from where I bought it and got stranded. Honda customer relations and Right Honda are refusing to do anything to help me and are ignoring the strong evidence that the brake problem existed before I bought this "new" vehicle.
