Cellular Choices - I placed an order with Cellular Choices for Sprint PCS phones and service for my new business

I placed an order with Cellular Choices for Sprint PCS phones and service for my new business. I got an e-mail from Cellular Choices stating that Sprint had requested a substantial deposit in order to activate service and that, if that was unacceptable to me, I should do nothing and the order would be cancelled. So, I did not respond to the e-mail. However, as I am a personal Sprint PCS customer, I called Sprint and was able to get an even better plan, with the same phones without a deposit.

Here is where the problem comes in. I then receive an e-mail from some company called Customer Email User stating that lucky for me they were able to place my account with some company called Liberty Wireless with a different phone, a totally unacceptable rate plan and that if I did not approve of this, I should contact them by replying to the e-mail. When I tried to reply to the e-mail, my mail was returned as undeliverable - Permanent Failure.

When I tried to reach them by phone, I spent 15 minutes running through an automated system, and never getting anything more than a voice stating "your order has shipped, thank you and goodbye." Even when you press the corresponding number to try to speak with a customer service representative, you are told your order has shipped and goodbye.

And, I can assure you, I never have even heard of Liberty Wireless, no one asked me if I would like to be placed with that carrier or if I minded them giving my credit card information to someone else.

This is disappointing at the very least - but it has to be illegal. So, everyone out there beware.
