To whom it may concern:

On March 4, 2004 I sent you a check for #34.97 and as of this date I have not received one soap opera digest. I have tried to call many times but keep getting a busy signal. I have received my cancelled check.

If I do not hear from you about why I have not received this digest I will call the Better Business Bureau about this. I did this on installment plan so I would be able to get this magazine. I called along time ago and was told that I would receive this magazine in about 4 or 5 weeks, to my memory.
