The agent stated that the magazine would be there by 120 days and if they were late, then I would get a complete refund

I was confronted by a young man who was telling me how he was on a contest to meet the most people. He asked for my address to send me a postcard incase he won the contest. He then asked me to look at magazines to see which one is my favorite. Shortly after, I was writing a check for $48.00. The agent stated that the magazine would be there by 120 days and if they were late, then I would get a complete refund. After 120 days had passed, I called the customer support line and they just stated that my magazine

does not apply to the 120 day guarantee. Later I researched the company online and found a long list of complaints from your website. I then decided to call the company to inform them of the list of complaints. I proceeded to tell them that there is enough complaints to file a lawsuit against them and I demanded to speak to the superior.

The highest person I could speak to was the office manager. The manager, Joyce, only stated that I would get the magazines by the end of the month. She refused to give her last name or any corporate numbers. This company needs to be sued.
