Having problems with paid for services and dealing with this has cost me 50-80 hours already and no luck. The 1-800 # can keep you on the line for hours without getting any personal contact or help.

 

Emailing doesn't seem to help. Last email asked for refund if they cannot reload my subscription. How long will it take to get anywhere with these people?
