Norton Anti-virus - I have 27 days before my Norton Virus expires, they are posting on my computer every day to buy there update, the problem is they will not give me my current virus definitions to my current Norton Anti-virus, the live update locks up

This is to ask about Norton Anti-virus. I have 27 days before my Norton Virus expires, they are posting on my computer every day to buy there update, the problem is they will not give me my current virus definitions to my current Norton Anti-virus, the live update locks up.

Same thing happens on my wifes computer. What can be done to have Norton give me my virus definitions until my Norton Anti-virus expires. Then I will decide to upgrade my subscription. They are trying to force me into upgraded before I want too: Any help would be appreciated l
