I ordered the Gift of Guitar on 01-26-04 and have since been billed monthly for a guitar + accessories that I have never received.

I have repeatedly tried to contact the customer service department via phone, but reluctantly have never been able to get through. Instead I am disconnected due to the high call volume every time I call. Then I tried to e-mail the company just to get the e-mail kicked back as invalid.
