Esteem Skin Care System by Naomi Judd from Home Shopping Network - I called the customer service number for Esteem and was told that there is nothing they can do about it. Since I bought it from HSN they can't help me - HSN said I had to return it within 30 days (they never said that on their advertisement!) and the manufacturer "My Naomi LLC" says it is not their problem

Around June 1st I purchased the Esteem Skin Care System by Naomi Judd from Home Shopping Network. They advertised that it had a full money back guarantee if I was not satisfied with the product. I have used the product for about a month and my skin kept breaking out repeatedly - the worst blemishes ever! Especially for a 40 year old woman.

I called the customer service number for Esteem and was told that there is nothing they can do about it. Since I bought it from HSN they can't help me.

HSN said I had to return it within 30 days (they never said that on their advertisement!) and the manufacturer "My Naomi LLC" says it is not their problem! So, I am out the $80+ that I paid for a 4 month supply. Their website is www.mynaomi.com but they don't give an opportunity to send them an e-mail!
