I have a complaint against IDOWNLOAD.COM, from which I tried to download an antivirus software. I tried three times with negative results because my computer froze , but I was charged to my credit card more than $100.

Ater that I intended to contact this company, but eventhough I left several messages, I didn't get any

response. I went to the store to buy an antivirus software since my computer was having big problems.

I want to have a refund for the amount debited to my credit card. please help me get my money back.

P.D. : A week ago, I received two cd's containing what seems to be the antivirus software, which I

haven't unpacked, because I don't want it, since I had to buy the software from another company.
