Cingular: Let me count the ways they are horrible. Customer service is non existant. They cannot make a decision, the supervisors cannot do anything but parrot policy. I used to get credit for missed or dropped calls. Customer service told me not to call immediately with dropped calls but to wait until the end of the month and they would be credited.

Lilke a fool, I complied. I was then told that at the last shareholders meedting, they stopped giving credit for drops as it was too expensive. I should not have to pay for calls that I did not complete. My bill went from approximately 112 per month to over 700. this is BS. It takes hours to get through to cs and they will cut you off. then you start with the nonsense infomation. what is your password, what is your mommies name, what leg do you put your shoes on first and then they cut you off again. Absolutely the worst service known to man.

And if you try to cancell due to bad service they ruin your credit. They sold me two GSM motorola v 400 phones for big bucks and they do not work in CT due to the admittedly poor service (their tecks stated they were having trouble) they will not take them back so I am stuck with phones that will not work. I could go on for hours but my fingers would be too tired.

Bottom line CINGULAR IS AN ABOMINATION!!!!! EVEN THE PRESIDENT DOES NOT ANSWER LETTERS.NOR DOES HIS RESIDENT GNOME.
